We support our clients from the selection of the system, through the implementation, to the turnkey delivery, including training as well as during the operation of the system.
If required, we can provide a diagnostic review of your company, and work out versions for the development. We prepare project plans for the team set up together with our client, and track the progress of the project during implementation. We put emphasis on the customisation of the system based on the changing needs of the company, so that it gets a really tailor-made, efficient tool to cover the processes of the whole company.

Programming

Beside system implementation, - anticipating future market needs and satisfying existing ones - we have launched our own development activity. The most significant products are the Credit Guarantee Recording System and the Commission Recording System, both for the banking sector as well as the Fixed Assets Recording Module, that we have developed for integrated systems running on AS/400, but which can also be used on its own.
We also undertake the complementation and modification of existing AS/400-based systems and we can offer our programming capacity, for shorter or longer periods, working either on our own computer or in remote mode via telephone modem or Internet connection.

Hardware sale and consultancy

As an IBM business partner, we can also provide our clients with the appropriate AS/400 hardware background. We support them in selecting and ordering the ideal configuration, as well as installing the application software. We undertake the maintenance of the system, and if required its complete operation. When a new operating system or model enters the market, we do the software and hardware upgrade.
Small companies can get access to our AS/400 server to rent a partition, in this way making it possible for them to have secure hardware background without purchasing it. In a similar way, we can provide a technical solution for ensuring operation continuity. We offer training courses at different levels on hardware and programming.
