prOffice was founded in 1992 and after six years of operation as a limited partnership, the firm was transformed into a limited liability company in May 1998, and at the same time it considerably widened its scope of activity.

Our main activity, which has determined the firm's profile from the very beginning, is AS/400-based development, with special focus on the implementation of enterprise management systems, their enhancement and modifications to meet customer needs, as well as customisation to make them conform to the national legal requirements. We have gained significant experience in BPCS and MOVEX, two of the most favoured ERP systems in Europe. Both cover the processes and transactions of manufacturers in an effective, at the same time cost-efficient way.

We have always made efforts not only to "install" a system for our clients, but after assessing their real requirements and special needs, provide them with a really effective tool by helping them use the software to its fullest potential. In this way, all fields of the company can get under integrated management.

We were directed by this philosophy when - anticipating future market needs and satisfying existing ones - we launched our own development activity. We have developed our Fixed Assets Recording System, which can be integrated to any AS/400-based enterprise management system. With its wide functionality and user-friendly solutions, the module satisfies a long-felt need in this field.

Recently we have brought round banks and insurance companies among our customers, and we have provided them with modules developed for special tasks, such as the Bank Loan Guarantee Recording and Value Assessment System and the Bank Commission Recording System.

In recent years we have received several foreign orders, and a growing part of our capacity has been dedicated to developments in project work. Our company is ready to realise special needs, beginning with the assessment of requirements, through development and implementation, to training and system support. Our experienced professionals can join our clients' project teams, as well.

Though the enterprise management systems we offer make certain demands on company size and financial capacity, we try to support small size companies with special packages that can be enhanced gradually, so that they can also build up their effective and high-level system and hardware background.
